What Makes Levia Different

Levia spa treatments are designed to be “Farm to Treatment Table.” Using home grown herbs prioritizing in lavendar, rosemary, mint and sage, our bath salts are in house blended with Himalayan salt. Levia treatments incorporate the use of the ancient jade stone, this stone is believed to bring wisdom, balance and peace, relieving anxiety and lightening emotions. 

 

Spa Etiquette

 

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment if you have not completed our client intake form sent via email.

Please arrive at your appointment alone as our space is limited and we strive to keep a quiet atmosphere for all guests.

Please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment time if you need to reschedule or cancel otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. 

 

 

Return and Refund Policy 

 

Return Policy

At Levia Wellness Spa, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth experience for all returns and exchanges.

In-Store Returns:

  • Unopened & Unused Products: We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please present the original receipt.

  • Opened Products: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds on any opened products. If you’re unsure about a product, please feel free to consult our staff about samples or testers before making a purchase.

Online Returns:

  • Shipping Costs: All online returns must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

  • Return Window: Returns for unopened, unused products must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be accompanied by a receipt.

Please note that all returns are subject to verification before refunds are issued. Once we confirm the condition of the returned items, we’ll process your refund promptly.

SERVICE  REFUNDS
Service and gift certificate sales are final, cash or credit refunds will not be granted. For unique circumstances please contact our owner personally at leanna@leviawellnessspa.com at which time a determination of a in store credit will be provided
