Please provide email address with purchase to receive the gift certificate activation number. This number will be sent to you in a seperate email directly from Levia Wellness Spa after purchase within 48 business hours. This number must be shown at time of use to redeem the gift certificate. 

Please Note: The "buyers note" at time of purchase will not send your note to the recipient. You will need to add that note in yourself if you print the downloaded gift certificate. You can also forward the downloadable gift certificate in an email to the recipient, rather than printing it out.
